Strathmore

Strathmore is really the subdivision that put Buffalo Grove on the map. Built on both the Cook County and Lake County sides of Buffalo Grove, Strathmore has withstood the test of time. The floor plans are timeless featuring good size bedrooms, spacious lots and garages. There are 5 models- 2 two stories, 2 ranches and a bi-level. In the final phase built in Lake County there is a sixth model which was a 2 story contemporary. The flexible floor plans have been added onto over the years creating many more variations of the original models.

After the original Strathmore was built, a newer subdivision, Strathmore Grove was constructed with completely different models.
